This Wizard of Oz candy wrapper was designed during one of my quiet moments. I purchased the graphics and wanted to create something fun that a child may enjoy. The ironic thing is that today, a lot of children have no clue about The Wizard of Oz. The Wizard of Oz is a very fond memory for me from when I was a child. I really enjoyed when Diana Ross and Michael Jackson were in one of the versions of that movie.
