Tell Me More!
Ohhhh....I created this baby shower candy wrapper with ME in mind. NO..I'm not expecting, but I've always been the dress up type. My mom was the same way, so it's true, the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree...smile.
When I was pregnant, I was STILL a Fabulous DIVA!!!! I loved & cherished every moment of my pregnancy. Okay...all three of my pregnancies. ALTHOUGH... I still have an attitude with my last delivery. I wanted to look pretty for the delivery and actually record the entire laborious experience. See....that's the fabulous diva coming out. Well let me tell you, I strolled in the hospital with perfect hair & makeup. The nurse took one look at me & said, "you are not ready, go home." No examination or nothing. Well...I obeyed.
By the time I made it back to the hospital several hours later, my hair was no longer pretty and my eyes looked like little raccoon eyes, thanks to nonwaterproof mascara. When the nurse saw me, she said, "NOW you're ready!"
Needless to say, there was no time for an epidural and my sweet little daughter was born within 10 minutes of my 2nd dramatic arrival. Oh and I still didn't record the birthing experience...ARGH! That was the last thing on my mind during delivery without an epidural.
